How do I order a table from you?
The first step in the ordering process is to contact me via email at john@komodotables.com with your ideas about the table you are looking for. Please don't forget to include the various items outlined on the Ordering and Contact page. I'll respond and we'll discuss the features and options of your table and go from there.
How do I know what my table will look like?
Two sites, Pimp my Poker and 916 Poker Depot have customizer applications that allow you to experiment with different colors and styles of cloth, vinyl, and wood stain. While their selections are somewhat limited, both sites provide a good place to start to see what works with your home decor and personal style.
How long does it take to produce a table from start to finish?
About 4 weeks. After the order is placed and the check clears, it takes about 1 week for the supplies to arrive and another 3-4 weeks to build each table.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. After we discuss the features of the table you require, cash or a personal check for 50% of the total price will be required. Sorry, I do not take credit cards at this time.
Do you deliver?
Tables can be delivered within the Chicago area; however, delivery charges apply. The base delivery charge for a hexagonal table is $50.00 plus $0.75 per mile. Depending on where you live, weekday evening delivery of a hexagonal table is also possible. Oval and stretched octagon tables can also be delivered within the Chicago area during weekends only. The base delivery charge for these is $100.00 plus $0.75 per mile.
To avoid delivery charges, you can arrange a pick-up.
Do you keep any tables in stock?
Generally no, since each table is constructed and finished in my garage; however, at this time, the red table you see in the gallery is currently for sale at a discounted price. Please contact me if you're interested.
